Government Authority located in Maryland; USA looking for expert vendor for Telephone Language Interpretation Services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Telephone language Interpretation Services for the person who cannot speak, read or write English for government authority.
(2) Vendor should answer all incoming call within90 seconds.
(3) Contract period shall be for one year and it may extend for two additional one year periods.
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite or Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their or our office location.
[D] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
