[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Website Content Management System for Government Authority.
(2) A pre proposal conference will be held on January 12, 2011.
(3) System shall provide integration and interface capabilities to the following:
- Ektron CMS 400 (Ektron, Nashua, NH).
- Microsoft SharePoint 2007 and 2010.
- Microsoft SQL Server 2005 & 2008
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[D] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only)

In doing some more research since posting this question, I am going to take a stab at using WordPress. I have it on good recommendation that the other two, Drupal and Joomla, may be overkill for my needs.
