(1) Vendor needs to implement a Digital Document Management System for government authority.
(2) Each Vendor is expected to provide any and all products needed to manage a Document Management and Imaging System, including, but not limited to:
- Scan paper documents
- Index images
- Store documents in a non-proprietary format
- Document Imaging microfilming
